I have reviewed about Zepherra in my recent post titled Ideas for 21st birthday present female – Part 3. In this post, I conducted an email interview with them.

1) Could you tell me more about yourself? How was your site created? Any other team member behind your blog shop’s success?
I have been in this online market for quite some time. I used to conduct clothes sprees and sell Japanese/Korean style dresses and tops using livejournal and blogspot platform. I love to draw and love fashion design since a young age and it’s always my dream to have my own label and see girls wearing my design on the streets. As quoted from Coco Chanel, “We are shaped and fashioned by what we love”, I strongly believe that we should fill our life with passion because only then can we feel fully alive when we pursue our dream. Hence, that’s why I decided to start this shop.
I’m the sole owner of the shop. The website design and layout is fully done by me. The usability of the site has been tested many times to ensure that customers will have a comfortable and user-friendly shopping experience at Zepherra.com.
2) What is your blogshop or online shopping site offering? (Share at least 3.)
Zepherra offers a nonstop online shopping platform for the fashion forward girls by combining inspired design and affordability. Our color palette is bold and colourful which channeled the spirit of positivity and buoyancy. Also, Zepherra offers next day delivery service. If the order and payment is received on the day before 12am, items will be packed and sent out the next morning.
3) Which is your best selling item? And tell me more about it. (Preferably provide me a photo of at least 250 pixel in length)

ASOS-inspired Sweetheart Sundress.
It was a very girlish and sweet dress. Many customers feedback to me that they love the material and cutting of the dress a lot. It was made of a very special and luxurious grade of cotton that is exceptionally smooth and comfortable to touch.
4) Could you share one tip that your site have to ensure safe shopping online?
We will request customers who opt to pay by ATM to give us a snapshot of their receipt.
5) One last online shopping tip you want to share with my readers.
Do make sure that the PC you are using for online shopping and related transactions is up to date with security measures, such as anti-virus software and firewall.
