Stickiez has a simple design template. They have used very nice images that shows samples of the designs of the stickers they have.
They also have clear navigation tabs, with simple description of what you can expect if you click on the tab.
In their frequently asked questions tab, you will be able to find the answers to some of your questions, such as

- What fonts and what sizes do they use?
- What is the minimum number of sticker labels that I need to print? etc…

They are indeed very focused in their content. They only print personalised stickers. All you need to do is to choose your designs and tell them the words you would like to include.

Customer Service
Unfortunately, I do not have any shopping experience with them. I currently have some personalised stickers that were given to me as a birthday gift. However, I am open to the idea of these personliased stickers as a gift for my loved ones in future.
