Focus and Content of the Blogshop or Online Shopping Site

Little Bead Store focuses on accessories such as necklaces, bracelets and earrings. There is a reasonable variety of the accessories but having more varieties will allow their blogshop or online shopping site to be a step ahead of their other competitors.

Nevertheless, the accessories that they are selling are pretty and trendy. They categorise most of their accessories collections by Korean accessories and Classic accessories.

Apparently, the items are handmade in Korea and imported to Singapore.

If you would like your earrings hooks to be changed to 925 Silver, all you need to do is to pay an additional  SGD$2.00 per pair and you will get it.

Customer Service

Very efficient and friendly customer service.  I have purchased a pair of earrings from them and it was delivered to me promptly and nicely packed with my item bubble wrapped. I ordered my item on 20 November and I received it on 29 November 2009 even though it was an pre-order item.

They also update me on the status of my item and have advice on when they will mail the item out to me.

I had my earring hooks replaced to 925 Silver and I was charged an additional SGD$0.50 only.  I was given a further discount because I had opted to be in their mailing list. Isn’t that a very good deal and good customer service?
